1. Check the printer, cables, and connections

2. Check your internet connection

3. Restart your printer and computer

4. Remove all pending print jobs

5. Run the printer troubleshooter

6. Disable Use Printer Offline mode

7. Remove and reinstall the printer

8. Reinstall the drivers
